Sylvia Preciado

Escrow Manager

Sylvia has been in the business since 2001. She started as a receptionist and within a year had her own refi desk with a title company. She loves the challenge that processing escrows brings and also meeting new clients. Establishing long lasting relationships is a very important aspect of Sylvia's business. As the Escrow Manager of our Beaumont Branch, she is Spanish speaking and loves to help her clients walk through the escrow process. Family is very important to Sylvia. She is married and has two children.

Gaby Urenda

Escrow Assistant

Gabriela joined Citrus Escrow in May of 2018. She is currently our receptionist in our Beaumont Office, and is eager to learn more about Escrow. Gabriela was raised in Beaumont and graduated from Beaumont High School in 2014. She then began to work in retail for four years, while going to Crafton Hills College. Out of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, drawing, and traveling.
